The previous plan review comment #2 requested more detail pertaining to the scope of work. Originally stated as, "Installation of new SWS”. The revised ‘Scope of work’ description added,” 1 section of switchgear to the existing (ok I get that). Then goes on to state,” to feed a 2000 amp switchgear lineup to feed all the UPS tenant electrical distribution system”. 1 Please define, “switchgear line-up”. 2 Only the new load centers are shown per the electrical line diagram. “all the UPS tenant electrical distribution system” is not shown. Please clarify. If all the ‘tenant UPS tenant electrical distribution system’ is to be installed under a different permit, please state this on the plans. Or provide in detail on the plans, what is new work per this permit and what is future work to be permitted separately. 3 If “all the UPS tenant electrical distribution system, is included per this permit, provide a complete electrical power and lighting plan set including complete panel schedule for any panels subject to new loads.. 4 Explain why the ‘ELECTRICAL OVERALL POWER PLAN, and the ‘ELECTRICAL POWER PLAN NORTH’ both showing existing equipment and detailed areas are included in the plan set. Is this simply to show the locations of the new equipment? Please clarify. Please designate or identify the load calculations for ‘DPA’ in the Main Service load calculations.
