(b) Full compliance with sections 104.2.1(1), (2), (3). 2 See table 401.1, Include PARCEL SIZE, LIGHTING AREA and OPTION utilized per table 401.1, and indicate this information in the lighting site plan. 3 402.1 (light source color temperature requirements), shielding requirements, etc . 4 Provide calcs for total lumens allowed and total lumens proposed per acre for Full Cut Off and Unshielded per table 401.1. Must include existing to remain lighting. 5 Indicate whether or not a special inspection is required per sec. 104.2.2, and 106.2. 6 Specify any exceptions used. 7 Provide Curfew lighting controls If applicable Per section 403. 8 Provide complete compliance with the 2018 IECC for the interior and exterior lighting where applicable. Do not confuse the Outdoor Lighting Code with the IECC. 9 Provide complete Pool and Splashpad Equipment Grounding details and electrical wiring methods. The plumbing floor plans (P1.1), the CW & HW Riser (2/P2.2), and the Plumbing Fixture Schedule (P2.1) show two water closets (P1 and P2) and two urinals (P3 and P4) in the men’s restroom but the Soil & Vent Riser (1/P2.2) shows one water closet (P2) and three urinals (P4, P4 and P3). Coordinate the fixture counts. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018. 2. The building sewer serving the two Aquatics Facility Buildings is labeled as 6” on the civil plans and 4” on the plumbing plans. In addition, on the civil plans, the building sewer runs north from the south Aquatics Facility Building and then to the west to connect to the public sewer while the plumbing plan shows the building sewer running south from the north Aquatics Facility building before turning west to connect to the public sewer. Coordinate the plumbing and civil designs. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018. 3. Provide cleanouts at the junctions of the building drains and the building sewer. Reference: Section 708.1.3, IPC 2018. 4. An approved 2-way cleanout fitting is allowed to be used at the junction of a building drain and a building sewer; otherwise, cleanouts shall open to allow cleaning only in the direction of flow (see “TWO-WAY CO #6”, UT01 and P1.1). Reference: Section 708.1.8, IPC 2018. 5. The maximum distance between cleanouts shall be 100-feet, measured along the developed pipe length from the upstream entrance of the cleanout. Reference: Section 708.1.1, IPC 2018. 6. The Equipment Room shows floor drains, emergency shower/eyewash, and water supply requirements “PER MEP” but no drawings depict any water supply or a building sewer to the building. How will this building be included in this activity? |
