Comments for CP100 (Comment #2 is unresolved)
1. For sheet 2023-4104-051: 37.5 KVA Transformer secondary conductors are undersized for a 1 phase transformer. Primary is also undersized, but the primary conductors are protected properly with the 50-amp CB. The secondary conductors need to can carry 100 amps continuously if using the undersized 50-amp CB on the primary. Undersized circuit breakers can nuisance trip on transformers due to inrush currents, but this is not a code violation. Sheet 2023-4104-101 confirms this is a 37.5 KVA transformer (unreadable information), but Sheet 2023-4104-112 shows a 30 KVA 3 phase transformer with different (and code compliant) conductor sizes with acceptable overcurrent protection. Coordinate if same transformer. Correct code deficiencies and wiring detail if 37.5 KVA transformer. This is the one line drawing for the 3 phase components on the system. The Transformer is 30kVA and labels will be updated. Resolved.

2. For sheet 2023-4104-109: Terminal Block and #10 AWG conductors of the main feeder will be overloaded when all four 7.5 Hp motors are able to run. There is no overload protection on the common feed (#10 AWG which is undersized) to all 7.5 Hp motors. the Busbar that is being referred to as Terminal Block is rated for 65A and I can provide specs if needed. Amperage rating on the motors displayed is full load and typical nominal load is 4- 6A on a 7.5hp motor so the #10 wire should be sufficient. Unresolved. Per FLA of this sheet as well as NEC Table 430.250 a 7.5 Hp motor can draw 11 amps. The wire shall be sized per NEC 430.23 for multiple motors.

3. For sheet 2023-4104-111: Missing from set it is typical to not provide blank pages on prints index will be updated. Resolved.

4. For sheet 2023-4104-114A: Cannot determine NEC overcurrent protection compliance for any receptacles shown ie size of conductors not called out. I can add a minimum conductor size for this section of prints. Resolved.

5. For sheet 2023-4104-114A: Duplicated sheet number for two different sheets. Also, cannot determine NEC overcurrent protection compliance for any receptacles shown ie size of conductors not called out. Page Number Updated and added to index. Resolved.

6. For sheet 2023-4104-118A: Missing from set. it is typical to not provide blank pages on prints index will be updated. Resolved. New Comment for sheet 2023-4104-126: FYI, this sheet is now missing from set. As it showed only spare terminals in earlier submittal, it will not be required for resubmittal. Resolved. Comments for CP200 (all comments about CP200 are resolved)

7. For sheet 2023-4104-104/2: duplicate sheet number, two different sheets. No electrical issues pages Removed. Resolved.

8. For sheet 2023-4104-109: 5 Hp Motor MOT100.1107 has wrong FLA of 47.6 amps.
FLAs are not shown for right side column of motors. FLA updated and Print Recentered. Resolved.

9. For sheet 2023-4104-111: Missing from set it is typical to not provide blank pages on prints index will be updated. Resolved.

10. For sheet 2023-4104-113: Duplicate sheet number for three different sheets. No
electrical issues. Page numbers updated and added to Index. Resolved.

11. For sheet 2023-4104-113: Duplicate sheet number for three different sheets. No
electrical issues. Page numbers updated and added to Index. Resolved.

12. For sheet 2023-4104-114A: Cannot determine NEC overcurrent protection compliance for the receptacles shown ie size of conductors not called out. I can add a minimum conductor size for this section of prints. Resolved.

13. For sheet 2023-4104-114A: Duplicated sheet number for two different sheets. No
electrical issues Page numbers corrected. Resolved.
