COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Food Service is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0423-00212 and although it appears that the plans match until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this building permit.

2. This comment was not addressed correctly. The DP sheets submitted in the building set are not the stamped approved DP sheets. There is no PDSD Approval stamp on any of the DP sheets. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set either need to be the stamped approved set, marked for reference only or removed from the set. If you elect to mark for reference only do not mark sheet C1.3 for reference only as it is reviewed for compliance by the plumbing review. If you elect to remove the plans from the set, do not remove sheet C1.3 as it is reviewed for compliance by the plumbing review.
