The electrical plan review comments were not completely addressed or the response was not detailed enough to satisfy the review comment. 1 Response to previous Electrical review comment #1.

Per Comment #1. The manufactures cut sheet shows the luminaires with defused plastic lenses. This does not necessarily mean ‘Full Cut-Off shielding’. The luminaires must be equipped by the manufacturer with ‘Full Cut-Off Shielding’ to be exempt from the lumen cap requirements. Provide shielding details on the lighting plan.

Also please include the luminaire color temperature output.

Per comment #2. Include all comment responses from plan review completed on 6-21-23 comment #2;

2 Provide a detailed description including hardware, how the supply side PV Interconnection is not going to compromise the listing of the Service Equipment. The option would be to provide a field evaluation by an NRTL agency to re- establish the listing of the equipment after the proposed interconnection is performed. Wouldn’t it be easier to tie into the CT cabinet? Show that the bus is identified by the manufacture for “Tap” or conductor termination. Otherwise provide for a field evaluation by a NRTL agency in order to recertify the listing of the equipment after the tap is performed.

Please indicate the particular section of UL 891 that covers ‘Line Side Bus Taps’.

Per UL Installation Guidelines;

‘Line Side Tap 3 (LST3) – Line Side Tap connection installed to the bus between the meter and service main breaker. • Install connections to manufacture supplied and identified termination point. Existing holes in the bus may or may not be used for connection of a terminal’. ( https://code-authorities.ul.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2016/12/UL__LineSideBreaker.pdf ).
