E0.1 LIGHT FIXTURE SCHEDULE, CALCULATION, AND CONTROLS: Recalculate Outdoor Lighting Code compliance or explain why calculations are 179% of the allowable used ie 79% more than what is allowed.
E2.0 POWER PLAN - 1ST FLOOR:
Confirm Exam rooms do not need to meet NEC 517 requirements related to receptacle grounding. Comment applies to all exam type rooms where applicable.
How do you determine which HW unit is which. Cannot seem to identify units or circuits on power plans or Mechanical power plans.
E3.2 MECHANICAL SCHEDULES: Comment only, some duplication of mechanical equipment in electrical schedules such as WH 5-7. Could not locate any identification for WH units in either power or mechanical power plans.
E5.0 ONE LINE DIAGRAM, SES AND FEEDER SCHEDULE: 200amp Panel 1LD2 is undersized for the transformer. Feeder schedule indicates that xfmr 1T2 may be a 75 KVA. Correct or clarify.
E5.3 PANEL SCHEDULES: Panel 1LD2 total estimated demand current exceeds panel size. Suggest to recalculate demand current based upon NEC methods and then upsize if necessary. Only need to calculate this panel as all other panels have connected loads below panel sizes rendering calculations a moot point for other panels.
