COMMENTS:

1. The balancing shall be performed by individuals holding current certification from the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC), the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) or other approved agencies. Reference: Section 608.1, IMC 2024, as amended by the City of Tucson.
2. The air balance report should include the required outdoor air (OSA) for each space. Show that the tested OSA meets the minimum OSA identified in the Minimum Ventilation and Exhaust Requirements table on Sheet M1.2.
