Sheet A1.5 – Pool Barrier, sign, equipment, etc. a. Keynote refer to new pool fence detail drawing. This was not provided, please add this to your drawings. b. 5 ft high barrier is required. Please refer to Arizona Administrative Code Title 18 Chapter 5 for Public and Semi-Public Swimming Pools c. Pool Area – Enlarged Plan i. During Construction, signs and required equipment tend to disappear or mislocated. ii. On the Pool Area - Enlarged Plan, locate and label the location of flotation devices, shepherd crook, signs, rules and regulations, etc complying to Arizona Administrative Code Title 18 Chapter 5 for Public and Semi-Public Swimming Pools R18-5-238 and R18-5-222 warning signs. 4. Additionally please list the required special inspections on the plans, preferably on Sheet C1. Additionally, provide the City of Tucson Special Inspection Certificate(s) with Parts A and B completed with the next submittal. Provide a complete electrical plan-set showing all proposed electrical work. 3. Should include but not be limited to: a. Provide a panel schedule showing the circuits that are being modified and added. b. Designate the circuit number, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each new or modified light fixture, receptacle, appliance, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. c. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 3.1.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1. c. Show compliance to total outdoor light output per 2012 City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code section 401.2.
