1. General / Information Required. Provide components and cladding design wind pressures for roof, wall, and parapet
surfaces. (REMAINS UNRESOLVED)
◦ Provide components and cladding diagram per ASCE 7-16 Figure 30.3 applicable to structure to accompany
wind pressures provided including dimension ("a" or "h") for zone widths. This has not been provided on the Structural Drawings.
◦ Per ASCE 7-16 30.2.2 "The design pressure for C&C of buildings shall not be lass than a net pressure of 16 psf". Revise pressures lower than minimum value. This has not been updated on the structural drawings.
08/21/2024 Site Zoning REQUIRES RESUBMIT While the building plans appear to match the approved DP, zoning cannot approve until September 7th.
