1. Clarify design intent on sheet E1.0. Numerous new fixtures have (EX) indicating they are existing fixtures to be rewired, yet MEP 1.0 Demolition Plan shows all of these fixtures as demo’d. Notes have been revised to indicate fixtures are to be relocated or reused. Resolved.

2. On sheet E2.1 could not locate the following Keyed Notes 4, 5, 7, and 8. Plans have been revised to include items with all keyed notes. Resolved.

3. On sheet E3.0, Need to provide short circuit calculations for new panels. Short circuit calculations are required by Tucson Commercial Submittal requirements (2023). This is to inform the Electrical contractor on what required KAIC rated equipment to provide. If any of the new panels KAIC calculations exceed 22 KAIC, the electrical design sheets will need to be signed and sealed by an AZ licensed electrical engineer (not anticipated). Fault current rating schedule has been added. Resolved.

4. On sheet E3.0, need to call out size for panels NH3 and NH4. Panel schedules for NH3 and NH4 have been added. Resolved.

5. For existing NH3 and NH4 panels on Riser diagram on sheet E3.0 need to provide a statement or estimated load calculation to show the existing panels NH3 and NH4 are large enough to support the added loads incurred by this design. Panel schedules for NH3 and NH4 have been added which include sizing calculations. Resolved.

6. On panel schedule NH3A circuit 7,9,11 the conductor (shown on Riser) may
be oversized for a 125-amp CB frame. Feeder size has been revised. Resolved
