Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the associated development package TD-DEV-0323-00188. The associated development package appears to be a grubbing only review and does not propose any new facilities during the first phase. Zoning cannot approve TC-COM-0324-00397 until the associated development package has been approved by all agencies. A Zoning Examiner Special Exception Procedure in accordance with UDC 3.4.3 is also required prior to approval of the associated development package (UDC Table 4.8-1). 2. The permit card provided for a separate Tucson Water well site and is not applicable to this project.
