The parcel of this project is .71 acres. 250,000 x .71= 177,500 total lumens allowed. The calculated total lumens shown on plan sheet A142 = 217,228. This is over the allowed lumens. Section 104.2.2. Provide a Special Inspection Note. Section 402.1. Exterior Light source color temperature not to exceed 3500 Kelvin. Please verify for all exterior lighting is in compliance. Also see section 102.8.
