COMMENT: Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the submitted revision to the DP has been approved by all review agencies. 2. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0523-00245 and the following comments need to be addressed. 3. COMMENT: The proposed tower addition appears to encroach into the required sidewalk. The tower is not shown on the submitted DP and will need to be addressed prior to approval of the building plans.
