1. Previous Comment: Clarify why the architects stamp indicates the documents were signed by Sandy Epstein when the stamp indicates the registered Architect is Isaac Sanford Epstein. Is Sandy a common name or nick name for this registered professional? Please sign the drawings with the legal name of the professional as it appears on their license. The response letter indicates that the drawings were "signed again as the name appears on the stamp" however the drawings that were summited still bear the name Sandy. Update the drawings.
