Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Provide structural calculations for the new HVAC unit indicating the exiting roof is sufficient to accept the weight of the unit. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Add to the list of applicable codes on sheet TS.1 the 2018 International Fuel Gas Code and the City of Tucson/ Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code. 2. Indicate on sheet TS.1 that fire sprinkler and fire alarm plans will be submitted under a separate permit. 3. The occupancy load indicates 62 occupants in the dining area which requires two exits. The exit in the kitchen is not allowed for the dining area occupants per 2018 1016.2.5. Provide a second exit from the dining area in accordance with 2018 IBC 1006 or reduce the square footage to accommodate 49 occupants maximum. 4. Note a minimum of 18” clearance on the exterior of the office door on the latch side. ICC A117.1- 2009 figure 404.2.3.2. 5. Indicate on the interior finish schedule on sheet A.4 that all interior finishes shall be class B or better in accordance with 2018 IBC 803. 6. Indicate on the drawings that fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with 2018 IFC section 906.2. 7. Note the U factor and SHGC for the new storefront windows, only the tempered requirement was found on sheet A.4. 2018 IECC section C402. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Approved PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1). Ice machine #17 on plan pages P1.1 P3.1 can't discharge to grease system -IPC 1003.2 2). AC & Cooler/freezer Condensate on plan page P1.1 can't discharge to grease system -IPC 1003.2 3). Floor sink beneath item #43 on plan pages P1.1 & P3.1 needs trap seal protection -IPC 1002.4.1 (only FS2 has trap guard) 4). Add Sizing table used to plan page P1.3 or P3.1 -IFGC 402.4 5). Gas riser on plan page P3.1 is not complete, missing water heater , AC , & Gas meter piping configurations - IFGC 106.3.1 6). Gas riser on plan page P3.1 needs to correctly identify the Gas hot food serving Counter- IFGC 106.3.1 7). Gas hot food serving Counter on plan page P1.3 needs to be beneath a type 2 hood - IFGC 503.2.1, IMC 507.3 8).
