Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Provide structural drawings and calculations for the canopy that this electrical will be installed. 2. Clarify note 2 on sheet C10 and note 3 on sheet C30 that indicate the “proposed carports are to be designed, furnished and installed by subcontractor.” No structural drawings were provided for the canopy work. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Indicate on the cover sheet G10 that all work will be done in accordance with the following codes as adopted by the City of Tucson: • 2018 International Building Code • 2018 International Fire Code • 2018 International Energy Conservation Code • 2017 National Electrical Code • City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code 1. The engineering stamp for the Civil Engineer Jason Kahrs has expired. Provide an updated stamp on the drawings. 2. The structural engineering stamp for Jacob Augsburger on the standard drawings package sheets expired in 2021. Provide an updated stamp and seal on the drawings. In addition, correct the certification sign off in the title block that indicates the State of California. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: N/A ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied 1. Clarify the note tags on sheet C40 the site plan for the underground power feed. It is tagged with A, B, C and D however these notes could not be located on the sheet. 2. Provide calculations for the new canopy lighting that verify compliance with the Tucson/ Pima outdoor lighting code. It appears that there is existing parking lot pole lighting in place, and it is not known if the new additional fixtures will exceed the allowed lumens for the site.
