1. Refer to Mechanical Drawing m1.1, Mechanical Roof Plan – New Work. The Plan shows New Condenser Units HPCU 1 thru HPCU 9 and CU 1. The Mechanical Drawing m3.1, Mechanical Schedules show the units weights up to 400 pounds. Verify the adequacy of the roof structure to support these loadings by providing Structural Calculations for the Roof Structural Members to support these additional loads.

1. Sheet G2.0: There is a distinct difference between occupancy classification and occupancy use. The exceptions provided in Section 303.1.2 apply to that of classification and the requirements of max. allowable area, height, stories, mix-use requirements and overall classification of the building. The waiting room is considered as business in the overall context of the structure and can comply with the business requirements previously mentioned. However, when calculating occupant loads, one must calculate based on the use of the space. The waiting room's use is assembly and the occupant load must be calculated as such in accordance with Section 1004 and Table 1004.5. Provide corrected occupant load calculations, Additionally, provide the occupant load factor used for each space. Updated all associated occupant load based requirements. (number of exits, egress widths, plumbing fixture calculations, etc.)
2. Sheet G2.0: There are number of doors that may be swing in the incorrect direction based on updated occupant load calculations. Correct as necessary.

Electrical Equipment Keyed Note #6 has a 75 KVA transformer mounted above a walkway. This exceeds 50 KVA, which may be applicable and the largest allowed per NEC 450.13(B) for this type of application.
Detail 2 has existing fire alarm panel behind existing transformer and violates NEC 110.26 working clearances for panels. The Fire alarm panel should be relocated to correct this code deficiency.
