Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Multifamily Development (apartments) is considered a nonresidential use. Per Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Section 3.3.3.G.2.c, as you proposing a building or structure addition on a property developed with a nonresidential use, a development package meeting the Checklist for Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf.

The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for under application type “Development Package” on the Tucson Development Center Online. The development package shall be approved prior to zoning approval of this building permit.
