If the proposed use is within the Retail Trade Use Group having anything to do with marijuana provide a copy of an approved Marijuana Use Authorization Letter with the next submittal. 2. As you are proposing a combination of three (3) parcels and there is not an approved development package showing these 3 parcels working as a single site, per discussions with Nicholas Ross, Site Section Manager, a development package must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan.
