Before we are able to issue your permit, please go to your TDC Online account and pay any fees owed and provide documentation or otherwise fulfill the requirements for any conditions on the permit.

Prior to permit issuance, a contractor with an active Arizona Contractor's License for the applicable scope of work is required.

-The contractor must have a TDC Online account and be added to the permit as a contact.

-The contractor must also be listed as a contractor when added as a contact

Once you have paid fees in full and provided a contractor, please let us know via email at CDRC@tucsonaz.gov and we will be able to issue the permit.
