IBC 107.2.1 and 2017 ICC A117.1 Chapter 6 2. Please amend the plans to provide to show the required clear floor space, turning space and the approach, either forward or parallel in the bathrooms and breakroom/café. IBC 107.2.1 and 2017 ICC A117.1 Chapter 3 and 4. 3. IEBC 306.7 requires that accessibility be provided to the altered spaces. Where the existing path of travel elements, which entails a primary entrance, a primary path of travel, sanitary facilities serving the area, a drinking fountain, and signs. If these items are in full compliance with the current code, provide a statement indicating this on the cover sheet of the drawings. Otherwise, accessibility upgrades shall be required in accordance with IEBC.306.7. 1. If the cost of providing or upgrading the items above to be accessible is disproportionate to the cost of construction (exceeds 20% of the cost of construction not including accessibility upgrades), please provide information to verify construction costs. 4. Please indicate how the carpet tiles meet the requirements of IBC Section 804.
