This site is located in the OCR-2 zone (UDC 4.7.27). 1. Comment: Site Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the associated Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0326-00054. While it appears the building plans match the DP, Site zoning cannot approve this permit until the DP is approved by all review agencies. 2. Comment: Follow up to previous comment 2: It is acknowledged Special District permit SD-0326-00045 is currently in review as this site is located in the COT Rio Nuevo Area (RNA). Site Zoning cannot approve this permit until the associated DP and RNA review have been approved.
