Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018. 6. Provide cleanouts sized for the nominal size of pipes that they serve up to 4-inches. Reference: Section 708.1.5, IPC 2018. 7. An approved 2-way cleanout fitting is allowed to be used at the junction of a building drain and a building sewer; otherwise, cleanouts shall open to allow cleaning only in the direction of flow. Reference: Section 708.1.8, IPC 2018. 8. Coordinate the building drain sizes as shown in the Plumbing Modification Plan and the Waste Riser on P-1 (e.g. the drain piping from the urinals). |
