3. Provide an updated panel schedule, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed. NEC arts;300 and 408.4.

03/20/2025 Commercial Mechanical Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Revise the sequence of operation for the exhaust fan in the men’s restroom so that all of the air supplied to the restrooms will be exhausted (i.e. all of the air supplied to the restroom is to be exhausted during the hours of operation even if the lights are off). Reference: Section 403.2.1 (4), IMC 2018.
2. Provide a minimum exhaust flow rate of 50 CFM per water closet or urinal if the exhaust is continuous, 70 CFM if the exhaust is intermittent. Reference: Section 403.3.1.1 and Table 403.3.1.1, IMC 2018.
03/20/2025 Commercial Plumbing Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. The specified tankless water heater is listed for residential use only. Provide an appliance that is listed for commercial use. Reference: Section 303.2, IPC 2018.
2. Provide a natural gas piping design, including the piping layout on a floor plan and a natural gas schematic showing the sizes, loads and developed lengths of the piping. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
3. Revise the water demand calculation using the fixture unit values for public fixtures, not private fixtures. Full baths and half baths do not appear to be part of this activity. Include all fixtures that are being supplied by the existing water meter. Reference: Sections E102.1 and E103.3 (2.1), IPC 2018.
4. For the use of PEX tubing, provide a branch tube sizing chart showing the correct size of PEX tubing to be used as a substitute for the copper pipe shown on the drawings. Reference: Sections 303.2 and 604.3, IPC 2018.
5. Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018.
6. Provide cleanouts sized for the nominal size of pipes that they serve up to 4-inches. Reference: Section 708.1.5, IPC 2018.
7. An approved 2-way cleanout fitting is allowed to be used at the junction of a building drain and a building sewer; otherwise, cleanouts shall open to allow cleaning only in the direction of flow. Reference: Section 708.1.8, IPC 2018.
8. Coordinate the building drain sizes as shown in the Plumbing Modification Plan and the Waste Riser on P-1 (e.g. the drain piping from the urinals).
