COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Financial Service is an approved use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.L.1 & .3 and 4.9.13.O.

1. The proposed location of the proposed “THREE (3) BOLLARDS WITH SLEEVES (TYP.)” as shown on the plan are reducing the “C” minimum parking space depth of 18’, UDC Figure 7.4.6-A & Table 7.4.6-1. Per UDC Article 7.4.10.D.7 a Parking Design Modification Request (PDMR) may modify a dimensional requirement by no more than 10%. Provide a dimension from the proposed bollard north to the end of the parking space. If the parking space is at least 16.2’ in depth but less than 18.0’ you will need to submit a PDMR to reduce the length. If the parking space is less than 16.2’ either the bollards will need to be relocated or a Board of Adjustment for Variance will need to be submitted and approved.
