07/08/2024 Historic REVIEW COMPLETED The proposed improvements were reviewed by the West University Historic Zone Advisory Board (WUHZAB) on May 21, 2024. The Tucson Pima County Historical Commission, Plans Review Subcommittee (TPCHC, PRS) reviewed on June 13, 2024. Both WUHZAB and PRS recommended approval to the Planning and Development Services Department Director. This was approved. No further HPZ review required.
