COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8). This site is located in the HR-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). Parks and Recreation is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-2), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.B & C.

1. Until approved by Historic Zoning cannot approve this plan. Historic Review is required. Please submit a special districts application as a sub-record of this permit. The submittal requirements and instructions can be found below. Please contact Jodie Brown (jodie.brown@tucsonaz.gov) or Michael Taku (michael.taku@tucsonaz.gov) for any questions.
