2. Sheet A1.0: Please amend plans to provide a more detailed description of the work involved in this permit’s scope. IBC 105.3. For example, Tenant Improvement created suite 300 and suite 3##. From existing suite 3##. Demolition to include…existing mechanical and electrical and plumbing work, interior walls, except existing demising wall and a portion of the existing storefront to allow the installation of a new exit door. New work to include new demising wall between suite 300 and 3##.........................................................................................etc.

3. Sheet A1.0: Please provide the suite numbers for both spaces. IBC 107.2.1

4. Sheet A1.0: Please amend General Building Summary to indicate which story this project is on as the actual building height is listed as two stories; however, the Reference Only Site Plan and the suite numbers give the impression the project is on the third floor. IBC 107.2.1

Balconies used for egress purposes shall conform to the same requirements as corridors for minimum width, required capacity, headroom, dead-ends, and projections. IBC 1021.1

8. Sheet A2.0: Please amend plans to provide a drawing or if only the exterior finish is different please add note to detail showing how the door opening for 101A is to be constructed and finished as it appears to be a different wall type.
