Per the description for the scope of work, the applicant entered the following, “Permit in order to re-energize Meter 147568409 “Safety Clearance Inspection” by City Rule. Due to it not being energized for 6 months or more. No other work is being done to this power source - meter at this time.” 6347 S Fontana Ave #18. The plan submitted shows Unit #18 as an existing Mobile Home. These are the same plans Sealed by Monrad Engineering submitted as T22CM01299 for the electrical Upgrades to the site, including 4- new multi-metered electrical services, new underground feeders and MH pedestals. Please clarify the correct scope of work. Per 3 way phone conversation with Monrad Engineering, and Jorge Contreras, and the City of Tucson PDSD Commercial Electrical Plans Examiner Dan Santa Cruz, on 1-13-2024 @ 5:23 pm, it was agreed, that the electrical infrastructure was in need of upgrading. Now it appears that the applicant Jorge Contreras has changed his mind, withdrew the original permit application T22CM01299 and is now applying for a different type of permit TC_COM-0224-00258 ‘Electrical Reconnect’ to an existing electrical service for Unit #18, But still is submitting the same original plans for the new site electrical infrastructure. The plan(s) submitted, and the scope of work description for TC-COM-0224-00258 do not correlate. Please clarify. Ref; 2018 IBC section 107.2.1, 2017 NEC. |
