STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS:

1. The architectural drawings indicate the roof is to be accessed from the interior with a hatch. Provide the required structural framing and show the hatch on the roof framing plans if the access is to be from the interior.


BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS:

1. Update the general note 8 address number heights sheet A1.1 to match City of Tucson amendments. All commercial building < 50 feet from the curb require 12" numbers displayed on the building where as buildings > 50 feet from the curb require 15" numbers displayed on the building. 2018 IFC 505.1.
2. The architectural drawings indicate the roof is to be accessed from the interior with a hatch however it appears the access ladder is on the exterior by the back door on the MEP and Structural sheets. No framing for the interior hatch is indicated on the truss roof drawings or the lighting/ reflected ceiling plans. Coordinate all drawings.

1. Indicate the location of an emergency light on the exterior at the exit door from the kitchen. Only the dining room doors indicate an exterior EM light. 2018 IBC 1008.3.2 (5).
2. Indicate a bollard will be installed to protect the electrical service at the corner of the building. A detail for a bollard is already indicated on sheet A1.6. 2017 NEC 110.27.
3. Provide calculations for the exterior lighting that is in compliance with the Tucson/ Pima exterior lighting ordinance. It is unknown if light WS and WA are fully shielded fixtures.
4. The lighting plan sheet E1.0 indicates a WA and WS fixture at the rear kitchen door however it is not indicated on the elevations sheet A4.3 or the reflected ceiling plan sheet A3.0. Coordinate the drawings.


PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS:

1). #62 Drain board hub drain on plan pages P1.0 & P1.1 needs to discharge to the grease system.
2). Plan Page P0.1 piping material schedule needs to include storm conductors. -IPC 1102.2, 1102.3
3). Plan page P1.0 needs to include Roof drain Primary & secondary Storm conductor illustrations, routing, sizing, termination points, sizing calculations GPM loads -IPC 106.3.1, 1106.2, 1108,
4). Provide Civil plan for continuation of sewer, water, & storm as stated on plan page P1.0 -IPC 106.3.1
