Provide complete set covering F1 thru F7. 2. Provide Wind Load Calculations showing loadings at the Foundations for the Prefabricated Building per Section 1609 of International Building Code 2018. 3. Provide Seismic Calculations showing loadings at the Foundations for the Prefabricated Building per Section 1613 of International Building Code 2018. 4. All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018. 5. Provide Geotechnical Report for the proposed building per International Building Code 2018, Section 1803.1. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. No architectural site plan has been provided. Provide an architectural site plan. 2. Sheet A1.1: The occupants loads on the cover Sheet and this sheet do not match. Provide matching occupant load calculations. 3. Sheet A1.1: Provide the location of all proposed furniture on the egress plans. 4. Sheet A1.1: Provide a narrative of the used of this office building. There is a tire and parts storage area. Provide the cubic feet of tire storage to ensure proper occupancy classification. 5. Provide a typical wall schedule. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Provide ventilation to storage rooms 003 & 004 sheet M1.0 (IMC2018,403.3.1.1.1) ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Condtiaionally Approved E2.0 First Floor Lighting Plan: Could not locate Keynote 4 PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1). AD1 needs to be vented on plan page P2.0 -IPC 901.2.1 2). what is preventing AD1 on plan page P2.0 from receiving storm water? -IPC 1101.3 ( Plan Page A5.0 shows exterior grade at same level & this area isn't clear if it is under roof) 3). Provide civil plan for continuation of sewer and water as stated on plan pages P1.0 & P2.0 -IPC 106.3.1 4).
