A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. Until the required DP is approved Zoning cannot approve this plan. DP TD-DEV-0223-00144 has been submitted for this site. The proposed shade canopies shall be shown on this DP.
