2. Please provide a scaled architectural site plan is provided showing all buildings or structures on the lot. IBC 107.2.6 Additionally, provide the following on the site plan.
A. A north arrow and adjacent street names. IBC 107.2.1
B. Dimensioned distances between structures and adjacent lot lines. IBC 107.2.6
C. Dimensioned distances between structures and the centerline of directly adjacent public ways. IBC 602.1
D. Dimensioned distances between structures and a shown imaginary line between adjacent buildings on the same lot. IBC 602.1
3. Please amend the plans to list the year and name of the adopted applicable codes from the adopting ordinance. IBC 107.2.1 Starting January 1st, the 2024 I codes are the governing codes, with the exception of the IECC which is still the 2018 edition.

6. Provide the signed and sealed structural calculations, prepared by an Arizona licensed registrant, used in the design of this project. IBC 107.2.77.
7. Please provide a project specific statement of special inspections for this project, stating requirements for the special inspections and required tests. IBC 107.2.1, IBC 1704, IBC 1705

Summary: New flatwork and shade structure in the courtyard between two buildings.

Site Engineering comments are as follows:

1. This proposed Commercial Building Permit, TC-COM-0126-00131, will require a Development Package that complies with the criteria found in Administrative Manual 2-06.4.0 thru 2-06.4.9. This is a separate permit submittal. The Building Permit and the Development Package may be submitted at the same time, and their reviews may run concurrently, however, the Development Package must be approved by all reviewers prior to the approval and issuance of the Building Permit.
2. Please follow this link to the TDC Online Portal to submit a development package permit application and re-submit this permit.
