Provide a detailed response letter with your next submittal that clearly shows how you have addressed all Zoning comments. This site is located in the I-1 (UDC 4.7.29). Shelter Care is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-5) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.J.1, 3.d, .4, .5, .6, and 4.9.13.Q 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0125-00008 and although it appears that the plans match until all comments are addressed Zoning cannot approved the building permit. 2. This comment was not addressed. Provide written documentation from the Zoning Administrator stating that a new Board of Adjustment is not required. It does not appear that the proposed addition meets the requirements of Use Specific Standard 4.9.7.J.6. Per discussions with the Elisa Hamblin, Zoning Administrator, a Board of Adjustment for Variance will need to be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan and the required development package (DP).
