A. Door threshold heights and transitions
B. Floor/landing slope between door sets and show the landing outside the exterior doors
C. Provide header design and drawings over the openings
D. Indicate the attachment at the top of the new exterior walls to the canopy above.
2. Sheet A2.1: Please amend plan detail 3/A2.1 to indicate the 2” minimum weep screed clearance above a paved surface and 4” above grade. IBC 2512.1.1
3. Sheet A2.1: Please note or otherwise indicate the glazing shown in the vestibule doors and windows details 4&5/A2.1 is tempered safety glazing. IBC 2406.4.2
4. Sheet M1.1: Please amend the plan to show the method of return air for the vestibule. IMC Chapter 4.

1. The proposed vestibule constitutes an expansion of gross floor area and per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
