02/13/2025 Commercial Mechanical Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT Revise the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fan so that all of the air supplied to the restroom will be exhausted (i.e. all of the air supplied to the restroom is to be exhausted during the hours of operation even if the lights are off). Reference: Section 403.2.1 (4), IMC 2018.
02/13/2025 Commercial Plumbing Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. An approved development plan is not to be used for construction of on-site utilities (e.g. water service to the building, building sewer, etc.). Provide a site plan showing the installation of the water service to the building and for the installation of the building sewer from the building to the connection to the public sewer. Reference: Sections 107.2.1 and 107.2.6, IBC 2018.
2. Termination of the excess pressure relief from the water heater, P8, over an elevated service sink, P4, is not an approved location. Reference: Section 504.6 (6), IPC 2018.
