This site is located in the C-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22). Commercial Storage use is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4).

1. Zoning has reviewed the building permit for compliance with development package (DP) TD-DEV-0624-00174 and although it appears that the building plan is in compliance until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this plan.
