This site is located in the C-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22). Commercial Storage use is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4). 1. Zoning has reviewed the building permit for compliance with development package (DP) TD-DEV-0624-00174. All construction document site sheets must match the approved DP site sheets.
