COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in the C-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22). Commercial Storage use is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4).

1. Zoning has reviewed the building permit for compliance with development package (DP) TD-DEV-0624-00174. All construction document site sheets must match the approved DP site sheets. Approval by the Historic Standard and Design Review Standard teams are required prior to final Zoning review and approval of this building permit application.
