Perhaps provide a scope of work narrative in the response or resubmittal. 2 Outdoor lighting modifications will require full compliance with the 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code. See Chapter 104 for plan submittal requirements. 3 Provide full compliance with NEC 500 articles for Hazardous area compliance where applicable. The plans need to be clear enough for the plan reviewer to determine exactly what the entire scope of work entails. Please submit your revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Building Review Section comments were addressed. 1. The commercial submittal documents must be prepared by an Arizona licensed registrant. This would include the construction drawings and the structural calculations. IBC 197.2.1 and City of Tucson Commercial Submittal requirements. https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/checklists/commercial_submittal_requirements_july2023.pdf 2. Please provide a statement of special inspections, with next submittal IBC 1704 For example Concrete construction, Drilled foundations… 3. Please provide the structural calculations, prepared by an Arizona licensed registrant for this project with the next submittal. Keep in mind all the structural building code references should be the 2018 IBC as amended by the City of Tucson. IBC 107.2.1 and IBC Chapter 16 4. Please amend construction drawings to reference the 2018 IBC as amended by the City of Tucson. Additionally, all sheets of the drawing are to be sealed by an Arizona licensed registrant. 5. Please provide complete, detailed drawings. For example sheet 15 or BRT-23-291-FDN-11 does not provide concrete specification as noted on typical elevation detail.
