Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304, 2018 IBC section 107.1, 2017 NEC, City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements. 2. Correct the Conduit Fill Corrections per NEC 310.15(B)(3)(a). See sheet E-602, DC Wire Calculation table, Wire IDs 1, 3, 5. 3. Provide a Grounding Electrode System at the detached structure per NEC 690.47. 4. Show grounding details for the mounting equipment and metal support frame, NEC690.43. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan.
