2. Unresolved - Sheets P1.0, P2.0: The hand wash sinks are required to be connected to the grease interceptor or post a sign stating “HANDWASH SINK ONLY! NO FOOD PREPARATION OR DISHWASHING ALLOWED.” (2018 IPC amended section 1003.3) The waste diagram still shows a hand wash sink (P4) not connected to the grease waste system.
