The Structural Engineer is responsible for following ALL applicable Federal, State and local Municipal Codes and Ordinances.


BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS:
Denied
1. At least 5% of the dining surfaces are required to have mobility features. Provide calculations of the required amount of accessible seating and indicate the locations. Additionally, ensure that surfaces are properly dispersed throughout the structure. Section 226.1 and 226.2 of the 2010 ADAAG.
2. No egress plans have been provide. Provide detailed and thorough egress plans.
3. The plans indicate a 4 hour separation provided for the linking of these two structures. However, wall type provided for these separations doesn't appear to meet this rating. Provide a UL listed assembly to match the required rating.
4. To not include the proposed structure into the allowable area of the other buildings, a fire wall will be required to be considered separate buildings. Provide necessary fire wall details as required by Section 706.
5. Openings in the firewall are required to be rated properly. Provide properly rated protected openings as necessary.

E2.0 POWER / SYSTEMS PLAN:
Need to call our for one rooftop receptacle with circuit info per NEC 210.63 with weatherproof GFI protection.
Coordinate with FS-3.1 and FS-3.2. Panel schedule is missing critical kitchen equipment shown on FS-3.2 Kitchen Equipment schedule. Specifically, 208V equipment BI:15, SS.09, and SS.17X circuits. Other required 120 V circuits/receptacles may be missing as well.
