This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). Personal Storage is a permitted use in the zone, (Table 4.8-5), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.C.3 & .6 and 4.9.13.Q. 1. COMMENT: Sheet as1.01 shows fencing and gates, Keynotes 2 & 3, that are not shown on the Development Package (DP). The DP will need to be revised to show the fencing and gates. 2. The DP calls out the use as Personal Storage and this plan calls out Warehouse, Commercial Storage, clarify what the proposed use is.
