The plan review and permit issuance shall not be considered a warranty or guarantee. The Structural Engineer is responsible for following ALL applicable Federal, State and local Municipal Codes and Ordinances. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Sheet G1.01: No occupant load calculations have been provided. Provided detailed occupant load calculations in accordance with Section 1004. 2. Sheet G1.01: Provide the location of all proposed furniture and storage system layouts on the egress plans. 3. Sheet G1.01: Provide the room location names to ensure proper occupant load calculations. 4. Sheet A1.04 The RCP does not show the location of egress illumination and exit signage. Provide the location of egress illumination and exit signage in accordance with Section 1008 and 1013. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Provide information as to what products are being stored in this warehouse (IMC2018,106.3.1) 2. Provide information as to what type for forklifts are being used whether fuel powered or electric powered (IMC2018,106.3.1) ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied e1.0 POWER / SYSTEMS PLAN: Keynote #2 calls out for a 2 pole disconnect, but actual circuits are 3 phase ie circuit A2,4,6 and others. Correct Keynote or circuits as required. e2.0 LIGHTING PLAN: Math is wrong for IECC actual Connected Lighting Power Column. Should correct. Keynote #2 seems to actually be Keynote #1.
