BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. General: If this building was initially designed using Separated Mixed-Uses per 2018 IBC Sec. 508.1, 508.4 & Table 508.4. Please provide the most recently published complete listed fire resistance assemblies to maintain the separations. (2018 IBC Sec. 703.2 & 707) 2. Sheet CS0.01 (Cover Sheet) / Project Info / Scope of Work: Please revise to include a more detailed scope of work narrative identifying the proposed construction that will be covered under this permit application.
