STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied THE RESPONSE LETTER SAYS THAT REVISED CALCULATIONS WITH UPDATED STRUCTURAL LUMBER VALUES ARE ATTACHED AND THE MEMBER "HDR3" IS ADEQUATE. NO REVISED CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED, THE CALCS SUBMITTED STILL SHOWS MEMBER FAILING. SUBMIT REVISED CALCULATIONS. 1. Refer to Structural Calculations submitted. Page 11 of 18 for Existing Lintel 3-2x12 size shows that it is inadequate in Shear and Bending by 4.2% and 9.7% respectively. Verify and reinforce the lintels as needed. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied The resubmittal identified as "CONS-1_Plan Set_v1.pdf" does not appear to address the initial review comments. Please resubmit a complete revised plan set with clouds and revision deltas that reflect the revisions requested within the initial review comments. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved Approved/subject to field approval ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied Reviewer did not see electrical in his review set, nor were any electrical sheets called out in the sheet schedule on the Cover sheet. An electrical design will be required for permit because of the following: A panel is being demo'd or relocated as per D1.01 Plumbing has electric water heaters and Mechanical has HVAC equipment in their designs. It is suggested to get an engineer to do the electrical design, however Tucson does allow Architects to sign and seal small electrical projects such as this. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied Second Plumbing Review: 1). SAME-Plan page A1.04 needs to show restroom fixture spacing - side wall or partition to fixture center all restroom fixtures, fixture to fixture center separations for lavs & urinals. IPC 404.2, 405.3.1 **Plan pages need to show the clearance from lav to lav centers and same with the urinals. Also show the sidewall to fixture center distances- IPC 403.1** 2). SAME-Urinals require partitions, update all affected pages. -IPC 405.3.5**List what page the change has been made on in response narrative, plans did not show any updates** 3).
