Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.
1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP22-0124. Although it appears that the building plan matches the DP, Zoning cannot approve the building plan until the DP is approved.
2.Comment: Clarify if a separate Demo permit will be applied for, or this building permit is to include the Demo. If so the following comment is applicable.
The Pima County Assessor’s effective construction date for your building or structure is 1971. The actual construction date may be earlier.
Buildings, portions of buildings or structures that are 50 years of age or older must be architecturally documented prior to demolition. Documentation will be reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Office before a permit is issued.
