No epoxied reinforcement is shown to tie the new foundations to the existing slab. Please confirm that this was the design intent, and the new foundations are intended to move independently. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the associated development package TD-DEV-0224-00051. Although the appears the building plans are consistent with the submitted development package, Zoning cannot approve T22CM05678 until the development package is approved by all reviewers. 2. The development package drawings submitted with this building permit should either be marked “REFERENCE ONLY” or be the drawings stamped by the CDRC once TD-DEV-0224-00051 is issued.
