Sheet A1.0 – Scope of work only shows “interior tenant improvement only” and “all site conditions to remain.” Include added exterior canopy scope in the scope of work and provide new covered area (SF).
Sheet A1.1 – Show canopy and it’s columns at exit discharge in life safety plan. The new foundations and columns may be impeding the egress. Show egress clearance widths.
Sheet A1.1 – Provide the scope of sprinkler system for new canopy. Sheet A1.0 shows fire sprinkler as deferred submittal.
Sheet A1.1 – Maximum exit access travel distance is exceeding the egress requirement table. 250’ for F-1 (warehouse) but maximum travel distances through new F-1 are 284’-11” and 258’-4”.
Sheet A1.1 – Show the common path of travels in new B and F-1 occupancy. Show common path of travel from manufacturing conference room 122 which appears to be longest path of travel.

Sheet 2.1 – 4/A2.1 provide ceiling height of the canopy. Does it meet 2018 IBC section 1003.2 ceiling height?
Sheet 2.0 – Provide new columns and framing dimensions.
Sheet 2.0 – Identify new ledger at existing wall in roof framing plan.
Sheet 2.0 – foundation keynotes of footing is not pointing to the new foundation.
