| 04/08/2024 | Commercial Electrical | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Please address the electrical plan review comments and provide a written response. 1.The project job description (Revision letter uploaded 3-5 2024) states that a new Main disconnect was added however, the electrical line diagrams and ‘Equipment Schedule Notes’ show the main service disconnects as existing. The only thing new is the DG disconnect. Please clarify. 2. It appears per the line diagrams that the PV Output conductors are inside the same new wireway as the service conductors. This is not allowed per NEC 690.31(B). 3. The ‘One Line Electrical Diagram’ shows the ‘Service Panel 4 as new, and the ‘3 Line Diagram’ shows it as existing. Please clarify. 4. With exception of the 2 new service gutters, all feeders are shown as existing. How is that possible if a new ‘Main Disconnect was added? 5. Please update the original joe description to include the revision scope of work. 6. Please re-check proposed plan changes and notes per this Revision for accuracy and re-submit documents for review. Ref; 2018 IBC section 107.2.1, 2017 NEC. |
