The submitted responses to the previous electrical plan review comments did not address comments #1, and #5. The response to comment #1 states, “Each unit is existing, there are no new units or buildings”. Per the electrical plans the 4 electrical services are new. The verification of addresses of the New Services is to ensure the meter clearances are accepted and approved by the electrical utility (TEP). Each new service requires its individual permit. The photographs of the 3 electrical meters and TEP electric bill invoice submitted only shows 1 address for ‘6347 S Fontana’, and 1 address for ‘6347 S Consolidated St. Verify that the addresses assigned correlates with Pima County and City of Tucson addressing for the 4 new services and include the address for each service on the Electrical Plans and Permit. The response to comment #5 states, “Each unit is existing, there are NO new units or buildings”. Due to the fact that ‘New Electrical sub-Metered MH Pedestals’ are being installed and connected to each of the 28 ‘Existing Units’, a trade permit will be required for each Pedestal connected to each unit, per City of Tucson policy.
